Need some help with "Bully" for the PS2.? - bully game pinky

I beat The Game, missions, races, but I did not see the situation or to Bif Pinky for his yearbook photo. Maps have also found no rubber bands, G & C, or destruction of all dwarfs. Can someone help me and tell me where are, or know where you could tell me? Thank ya'll.
